And that’s the Hyun Hee we noticed in episode 2 who stood up for her friend towards her cowardly boyfriend… I may very well find yourself liking these folks by the end of this drama. I was so frustrated with last week’s episodes, I couldn’t even touch upon the last one. But now I’m just going to merely accept that individuals can have persona transplants on this drama.

He asks if she has two faces—one for kissing him by night and the opposite for enjoying a doctor’s fiancée by day. Jang-mi will get waylaid on her approach to the bathroom when Ki-tae’s mother arrives to speak to her, and he or she sits uncomfortably simply willing the dialog to go faster. Mom asks how a lot Ki-tae paid her to associate with this charade, and offers to pay her extra. She turns on a recorder and asks her to admit that it was all an act. Yeo-reum admits to stalking her date pictures with Ki-tae all day and grumps about it cutely.

Jang-mi says she worries that he’s only proposing since her mother is sick and he needs to care for her. She asks Ki-tae to wait, however he rightly says in the occasion that they wait till all of the drama is over, it’ll never happen. He palms her a bankbook which exhibits a steadiness of over 50 million won (around $50,000) which he got from the sale of the hen stand. She’s touched that he offered the place she hated so much, however holds onto her satisfaction and says she’s glad she received sick, because he finally left after she was ill.

Finally, all of the push-and-pull crap is over! I mean, there are only so many occasions Jang-mi could reject Ki-tae, so thank goodness for the last half of this episode. Mom doesn’t let her get a phrase in edgewise, and says that she came here to apologize for her part in every thing, and to ask her to assist Ki-tae transfer on. She says that she had excessive expectations for Jang-mi, which is why her disappointment was so big as well. She accuses Jang-mi of plotting revenge, and wonders if what she wanted all this time was cash. Just as they’re about to give up, the blogger appears, but they’re suprised when Se-ah walks up to her first.

It’s a drama that knew what it was from the start, knew how have enjoyable, yet never lost sight of where the story was going. Another sore level is Se Ah’s obsessiveness track. She is just too selfish and weird after which she also changes abruptly. Lastly, Hyun Hee was another unlikable woman but then she actually turned better in a while. So whereas I was anticipating a great character ensemble,  despite all romantic musical chairs, the show didn’t fulfill me on this front. I’m simply so happy that this present remained true to itself until the top.

She claims to be fine with Ki-tae working with Se-ah, although her voice is a little too shrill to be believable. The bar’s signal is delivered, and Jang-mi is surprised to see they’ve named the place “Ju Jang-mi” (How punny – ju as in liquor like soju). Hyun-hee says they planned all along for her to be involved, and Jang-mi is touched but grumps that it’s a tacky identify for a bar.

At Ki-tae’s house, Dad comes residence in the morning simply to get a change of clothes. He asks Mom how Jang-mi came upon about that thing they don’t speak about, since he’s been cautious as usual, and worries that it’s like having a ticking time bomb in the house. Mom doesn’t say a phrase, though to me, she looks like the ticking time bomb around right here. With this drama Kim Hae-sook has risen to the top of my list of favorite actors.

She realizes that his mother has been betrayed by his father and is being pushed away by her only baby. Her heart goes out to the quiet, dignified woman that is still by her husband’s side in order to ensure that society doesn’t look down on her son or her. Even though this aggravates both Gi Tae and his mom, she finally ends up forming a bond with them; one that may only be shaped by sharing experiences and ache.

This collection follows the story of five girls of their twenties with different personalities, behavioral characteristics, likes, and dislikes. They come to live collectively in a home referred to as “Belle Epoque”. Their tales deal with their private points similar to relationships with each other, dating, and numerous occasions together with their part-time jobs, hopes, and desires.

Hopefully this ends in a real life couple as nicely… Jang-mi and Mom are simply superior together – they’re my favourite ship for the episode! I loved it when Mom acknowledged Jang-mi’s efforts to get her approval. I really believe mother needed to be confirmed incorrect and for Jang-mi to really be who she’s attempting to point out she is.
